Saturday, September 17, is going to be a fantastic day! It will start with the Annual Mount Cain Work Party and will be followed by the 45th Mount Cain Annual General Meeting,
The Work Party will start at 8:30 in the morning. Come to the Lodge and check in with Erin or Dean. This dynamic duo will help you find the job that is right for you – painting, brush clearing, hammering, cutting, cleaning – there is a cornucopia of job options. There will be a pot of hot coffee to help kick you into gear in the morning and a warm chilli lunch to keep you going. Both meat and vegetarian chilli will be available, but if you have other dietary restrictions, please bring your own food.
The Mount Cain Alpine Park Society AGM will be held on Saturday, September 17, at 7pm in the Lodge. Everyone is welcome to attend, share your questions and ideas, and maybe even run for the Board. If you skied at Mount Cain during the 2021-22 season, you also paid your membership fee and are eligible to vote.

Because MCAPS is grateful for our many volunteers, we have offered early bird accommodation bookings in past years. However, due to a growing volunteer base and limited accommodations, we are using a new system for the 2022-23 season. Volunteers who attend the work party may enter into a lottery for a limited number of accommodations rentals. Lottery forms will be available at the Lodge. Those not contacted via the lottery can make a reservation during the public booking that begins November 8th, 2022. MCAPS appreciates your volunteer service and recognizes that our volunteers are the heart of this mountain.
