That is our commitment to getting you on the ski hill.
There is a buzz of activity around L1 as Santa’s Elves work on the Lower T. With each falling snowflake, they are getting closer to fixing the problem but are not there yet. We appreciate your patience. And if you skinned to L2 at least once this week, enjoy an extra piece of pie at your Christmas dinner! You earned it.
The snow is thin, but the Grooming Team is using every bit they can find to maximize your skiing pleasure. And Ski Patrol is right behind them, marking hazards to keep you safe. Please ski with extra caution until the big snow comes.
Speaking of the big snow, someone did a snow dance. The forecast for rain has now changed to snow, and there could be a big dump on Christmas Day. BEST PRESENT EVER!
Mount Cain is closed on the 24, 25, and 26th so the staff and volunteers, including the Grading Crew, can enjoying Christmas with their families. This means the road will not be cleared until the morning of the 27th. Don’t forget to put on your chains before making your way up the mountain.
