HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATIONS
1: READ MCAPS’ ACCOMMODATIONS POLICIES & INFORMATION
Please ensure you have read and agree to Mount Cain Accommodations Policies.
2: REVIEW MCAPS ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE DATES
Current list of available dates will be sent to you in reply to your email enquiry
3: IN THE TEXT OF AN EMAIL TO accommodations@mountcain.com
INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
(Requests missing any required information will not be processed)
£ Group leader’s…
o Full name
o Phone number
o Full postal mailing address with postal code
£ Choose your preferred MCAPS membership (required for insurance)
o single ($20) (will be in name of group leader)
o family ($35). State 2nd member’s full name. (Must be >19 yrs.)
Membership fee plus GST will appear in accommodations invoice.
£ Specify preference for
o Cabin or
o Hostel room(s)
£ For hostel rooms, state number of rooms needed.
£ Specify exactly which nights you seek accommodation
£ For each expected group member, state…
o name and
o age (we’re compiling guests’ overall age-range).
Note:
Do not send attachments. Email attachments will not be opened.
Emails sent with no subject title will be DELETED WITHOUT READING.
4: AWAIT NOTICE OF YOUR TENTATIVE BOOKING
MCAPS will email to you your invoice showing tentative reservation.
5: PAY IN FULL
Reservation requires full payment within 24 hours of invoice.
Reservations without prompt payment confirmation will be cancelled.
Invoice will show payment instructions.
